HCP is committed to Customer Satisfaction

  • If you have questions regarding your claim(s) you may contact the Customer Service Department at 516-746-2200 or 800-877-7587.
  • Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) between 8:30am and 5:30pm.


Notice to Members:

  • HCPIPA members who receive provider bills in error for authorized services should forward these bills to HCPIPA at:

Notice to Providers:

  • HCPIPA encourages providers to utilize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for submission of claims. As a general rule, clean claims submitted via EDI can be processed more rapidly than those submitted on paper.
  • Providers who wish to file a request for Claims Reconsideration may do so in writing. The request must be received within 60 days of the original claim payment date. Submit your request to:
